Flow Software Implementation Project

Darner Engineering was tasked to determine PPC Slurry's efficiency using Flow-Software.

The project consists of :

  • Collaborating with PPC and determining KPI's
  • Engineering Flow-Software based on required KPI's
  • Implementing the engineered Flow-Software
  • Engineering Flow-Software forms
  • Deploying Flow Information Platform including emailing reports to stake holders

 Finishing Mills 1 - 4 Software Upgrade Project

Darner Engineering was tasked to convert the existing four Finishing Mills control software from Step 7 with Adroit to PCS 7 with Cemat.

Kiln 8 Bag Filter and Water Injection Software Project

Darner Engineering was tasked to engineering a control solution for the newly Installed Kiln 8 Bag Filter with Water Injection utilizing PCS 7 with Cemat. The project included removing the existing Electro Filter and replacing it with a new Bag Filter and Water Injection unit.
